Esoteric herbs are used to support the true harmonious state of the body. Each individual herb holds a quality to which the body aligns to and thus helping to bring the body back to its natural rhythms.

The herbs gently support the body as it heals and discards the ills and disharmonies held.

Esoteric herbs are often used to complement Esoteric Acupuncture (also known as chakra-puncture). The herbs help the body to hold the harmonious state  that is reached in a chakra-puncture treatment and so are a beneficial way to assist the body between treatments.

Esoteric herbs are individually prescribed and are given in a granular form to be mixed with warm or hot water and taken as a 'tea.'

Rebecca first opened Newstead Holistic Medicine in 2002. She has also worked in hospitals in China as well as along side Medical Doctors, Nutrition medicine practitioners and other health professionals in Australia. 

Rebecca has completed a Masters of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where she has specialised in Musculo-skeletal / sports injury and women’s health. Rebecca is registered with Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA).
